Any extra volume, handyman services for fixing/mounting AC’s, supply of external lift, delivery above first floor, difficulty accessibility at the destination (such as shuttle, parking permit, or external lift) servicing electrical appliances, complex furniture assembly e.g. no assembly of IKEA furniture’s, long carriers, extra pickups and deliveries, customs duties, taxes, levies, deconsolidation fees or any other charges not associate with normal delivery.
Insurances coverage will have to be issued by you, unless otherwise specified. In the event of damage, client will be compensated by the insurer he has personally chosen and according to clauses and conditions of his insurance policy.
Freight shipping transit time is impacted by factors including distance, shipping mode, route, and season. A very rough estimate for interstate shipping: express can take 1-3 days, why normal delivery takes 1-5 days. For intercity shipment is 1-2 days. Shipment are delivered anytime between 9am and 7pm. And sometimes later to residence, and by close of business to commercial addresses. Rentatruck cannot schedule a specific delivery time within that window.
50% (Intracity) and 10% (interstate) of the shipping rate is charged for TONU if:
Essentially, TONU compensates the shipping company for loss of time and expenses (like fuel, drivers time, and opportunity cost).
You warrant that entering this agreement, you are either the owner of the goods or the authorized agent to the owner.
We may use a subcontractor to undertake a whole or any part of the service, but if we do so, we will continue to be responsible to you for the performance of the services.
Any provisions in these conditions which limit our liability also apply to our subcontractor and to our employee and to the employee of our subcontractors. For the purpose of this sub clause, we are deemed to be, acting as agent or trustee on behalf of each of the person referred to, and each of them shall to an extent be deemed to be parties to this agreement.
You will prior to the commencement of the
removal or storage give to us, written notice of any goods which are fragile or brittle nature and
which are not readily apparent as such, or which comprises jewelry, precious object, work of art,
money, collections of item or precision equipment in any case having a value in excess of N10, 000
and goods left behind or moved in error.

You warrant that the goods do not include firearms or goods which are or may become of a dangerous, corrosive, highly combustible, explosive, damaging or noxious nature or likely to encourage any vermin or pest, unless you have disclosed to us in writing, the presence and nature of such item prior to them being made available to us before loading or storage. If we discover any article or substance of this nature after the goods has been received by us, we may take any reasonable action, including destruction or disposal, as we may think fit without incurring any liability to you.
