Your decision to subscribe for any of Rentatruck's Project constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms, which establishes a contractual relationship between you (an individual or organization) and the Company (Rentatruck).
You MUST be at least 18 years or more to
qualify as a Partner at Rentatruck.
Your investment begins to attract returns with
immediate effect, from the date your payment hits the company account.
Our investment model is very simple and straight forward. Your money secures a slot on your behalf and qualify you to earn profits from our pool of transport assets already deployed and generating revenue while we invest your capital into a new vehicle project.
First time Partners are allowed to start-up an investment account with any amount between N100,000 to N10,000,000 with an option to top-up their investment on new projects from time to time.
Partners are required to select a favourable payment method that will serve as an instruction on frequency of return payout as capital will be paid out at maturity.
Our Investment terms are quite flexible and gives room for termination of investment before maturity. However, this will require a notice based on the investment plan.
For proper planning and processing of terminated investment plan, Partners are required to write a formal mail with to Rentatruck, with investment documents attached, requesting withdrawal or termination of investment..
Once this request is received and acknowledged, Partner’s investment would stop counting and payments would also stop to enable Rentatruck generate enough revenue to make up Partner’s capital.
Partners’ capital and net ROI are paid into their bank accounts as they fall due. Withholding taxes on returns are remitted to the tax authorities accordingly.
Intending Partners are required to make investment payment directly into the Company’s Bank account after filling and completing the investment form on our
